Day today textile and apparel industry is growing in different countries. Especially in Asian countries have new apparel plants with various textile and apparel operations. Although most textile and fashion people have practical knowledge and I think some people do not have enough theoretical knowledge. Therefore by starting this blog website I wish to give you some of theoretical knowledge with free of charge. I think this is not only theory not and all of these blog posts are theoretical and practical discussions. In textile and apparel label I hope to describe basic principles of textile manufacturing and basic theories of  apparel manufacturing.Under this category can be discussed, fiber and yarn production, yarn manufacturing, sewing threads and garment accessories, fabric formation, fabric finishing, fabric inspection and quality parameters, fabric cutting process, fabric and garment sewing process, garment washing and finishing process, etc. Under the fashion design label we can discuss all principles of fashion design, fashion illustration, and all of fashion related topics and events. Under the product development I hope to give you an idea about how to process product development process using basic principles. Not only that under this category I wish to discuss all criteria of apparel and fashion merchandising and marketing using suitable discussions.

Most people say apparel and textile is same. According to depth distribution I can prove both words have different meanings. By giving suitable theories I hope to describe such topics.  First of all I hope to describe them separately, Textile   In the textile or textile manufacturing process firstly fiber production is done and yarn is produced by using this fiber harvest. There are several stages found when producing cotton yarns. Firstly fiber harvest is extracted from cotton plant. After that collected harvest tightly pack as a bales. All bales are used to next process and, next process is carding process. In this process bales are extracted and inserted into carding machine. In carding process, about 65% impurities and cotton seed parts are removed. After completion process of carding, output is passed to drawing frame process. Pilling Test with Pilling Box Method

Objective: To determine pilling resistant of given fabric. Principle: According to the movement of pilling box allowed to generate fabric surface pilling of particular specimens. Tools and equipment: Marking pen, scissor, polyurethane tubes, mounting devices, single needle lock stitch machine, pilling box. Procedure: Each specimen was cut using 125 mm x 125 mm template. In this specimen preparation process, all diagrams were drawn on back face of given fabric. After drawing, each panel were cut carefully and stitched by folding 12 mm by aiding single needle lock stitch machine. After stitching turned sewn specimen to get face area and each edge were cut as 6 mm to reduce sewing distortion. After using metallic mounting devices, prepared samples were mounted on polyurethane specimen tube and here were applied tape cover to avoid fraying edges of composite specimen. And this covering application was wrapped additionally 1.5 cm area of circumference of specimen complex.
